Taiwanese moto shop Hide Work Custom just built an aggressive scrambler/tracker-style bike out of 155cc Yamaha MT15 by imbuing it with the kind of styling more commonly found on big displacement bikes. It gets a custom-built trellis subframe, not unlike a Ducati Monster, replete with fiberglass mesh side panels, and a custom-stitched saddle. The original tank gets a beautiful matte green paint job with matching wheels, and the original MT15’s odd LED headlight cluster gets replaced by a simple, thin-rimmed circular version flanked by micro-LED turn signals. The big gold front fork setup, custom license plate bracket, custom exhaust, and low-slung handlebars round out the look beautifully. It might not be faster than the original, but Hide Work has utterly transformed an odd-looking bike into a stunner.
